TOKAI AND KOSHINETSU REGIONAL LINES

The Tokai and Koshinetsu regional lines provide access to many "must see" destinations in Eastern Japan. Stop in Niigata, via the the Hakushin Line and while there, experience the beautiful island of Sado, famous for its natural beauty. The Shin'etsu Main Line, another of the Tokai and Koshinetsu regional lines, connects passengers to Nagano. There, visitors can enjoy a number of remarkable sights and attractions including Zenk-ji, one of Japan's most famous and important temples.

  • Koumi Line (Kobuchisawa - Komoro)
  • Oito Line (Matsumoto - Minamiotari)
  • Shin'etsu Main Line (Takasaki - Yokokawa; Shinonoi - Nagano - Niigata)
  • Shinonoi Line (Shinonoi - Shiojiri)
  • Yahiko Line (Higashi Sanjo - Yahiko)
